Fire Alarm Systems

Fire point

We Supply, Install and Commission Fire Detection Systems – Addressable and Conventional.

We service and repair all systems in all properties to the latest British Standard of BS5839.

The main purpose of a fire alarm system is to detect a fire or potential fire and to report a warning to building occupants to evacuate the premises.
Automatic devices, such as fire, smoke, carbon monoxide and heat detectors , detect the fire or heat and then activate audio-visual devices - such as sirens and strobes, to notify the occupants of a building about an emergency situation.

We can even pinpoint the location of fire or heat across large premises.

Our services include:
• Design - All systems are individually designed for the requirements of your property and your Fire Risk Assessment (FRA).
• Installation - We install with the highest standards of workmanship using only experienced engineers.
• Maintenance - inspections to suit your individual requirements and Fire Risk Assessment (FRA).

Disabled Persons Toilet Alarm

These are systems to allow a distressed person to raise an alarm in the event of an emergency. To operate, the user simply pulls the cord of a ceiling pull unit to activate a light and sounder outside the WC. The cord is red coloured to distinguish it from lighting pull cords.

These systems are also ideal for use as a single zone emergency assistance alarm in changing rooms, solariums, interview rooms and reception areas and can help building managers and service providers comply with the requirements of BS8300, the Disability Discrimination Act, the Care Standards Act and the English Tourism Council's National Accessibility Scheme.
